Domestic Scaffolding

confined spaces scaffolding

Connect Scaffolding provides access scaffolding for home extensions, re-decorating, fascia and soffit replacement, re-pointing of chimney stacks, loft conversions etc.

Connect Scaffolding is regulated by the NASC (National Access and Scaffolding Confederation).

All NASC members are required to abide by a strict code of conduct which sets trading standards for the industry.

Q. How do you know if your scaffolder is competent to carry out the work and are they working safely?

A. A good indicator as to the level of competency of a scaffolder is whether they are wearing their PPE (personal protective equipment). This would include a hard hat, boots and a safety harness which should be worn at all times when erecting or dismantling a scaffold.

The law requires that individual operatives be competent in scaffold erection, dismantling and alteration. To prove competence as a scaffolder, they should have a Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme (CISRS) Card.

All our scaffolders are registered on the CISRS scheme.

By choosing Connect Scaffolding you can be assured the work will be carried out safely by a properly trained team who have pride in what they do.
